You can find different many differences where Dynosend is better than VBOUT and vice versa, for but Dynosend is focused on marketing automation and soon to include customer support, meanwhile VBOUT also have tools for landing pages and social media management so it totally depends on your use case.

If you need the marketing features then Dynosend is your very best option, and VBOUT's limits are much lower with a higher price compared to Dynosend, unless you may be talking about their LTD then I am unaware of their plans.
