Limited Transparency & Poor Support – Testing Requires Payment with No Quality Assurance
I was initially interested in Each Labs, but my experience with their support and testing process has been disappointing. There is no way to evaluate the quality of video output from prior examples, which is crucial for a video-focused platform. The documentation states that many videos are capped at 720p, which feels outdated for modern standards. Perhaps I’m missing something, but testing workflows requires payment, while free users can test without paying.
The idea isn’t to blindly pay and test everything ourselves—it’s about identifying what works efficiently and optimizing usage accordingly. What frustrated me the most was that I booked a demo (as suggested in AppSumo), only for it to be abruptly canceled, redirecting me to Discord or support. Unfortunately, Discord lacks meaningful responses for days, and the support materials are minimal—just three tutorial videos that don’t provide much clarity.
So, the expectation seems to be: Buy the LTD → Pay to test workflows → If unsatisfied, return it? That’s not a great user experience. If testing is required, at least provide credits for the 60-day trial period or showcase actual video quality upfront.

Mar 7, 2025Thank you for your honest feedback—we truly appreciate it.
We are sorry for your bad experience. The output quality of video models may vary because some models are open-source, while others are private.
Regarding the demo experience, we sincerely apologize for the cancellation and the lack of timely responses on Discord. That’s not the experience we want to provide, and we are taking steps to improve both our support channels and onboarding process.
Your feedback is invaluable, and we are committed to making the necessary improvements. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to do better.
Best,
