1. Yes, Portuguese is available for content creation.

While it is not yet available for keyword research (because we don't support Portuguese-speaking countries just yet,) we are currently working on including support for Portugal and Brazil, among other countries, and you should be able to use KWHero in Portuguese within these countries in just a couple of weeks.

2. At the moment, content creation supports Portuguese generally. However, as we improve the tool further, this concern is certainly something we'll be taking into consideration.
