I had a poor experience. First of all, it scared me the way the redemption site kinda moved around in a kinda "Salesy" way. Not in a product focused way but in a profit kinda way.

I downloaded and installed it, and it had my mic on when it started, with reverb I could not identify at first , and that was kinda creepy.

Everything seemed cool, it took my license. It then mentioned an update. That was sad, because when I updated the existing software I found the original license no longer valid and the splash screens to follow included offers to buy a new one.

I thought let's uninstall and use the previous version downloaded, yet,, it became hard to delete: uninstall said It is still Running, and I had to end task at least 6 times, maybe more,

After that, I got frustrated and just wanted it off my computer.

It's too bad, the software was working well when first testing it out. I can say that you may be very satisfied with the software if you paid for it, but you might have to keep in contact with customer service, so good luck with that, I have no experience with that. I gave up.
