Hey Sumo-ling, I understand your concern that 'smart workflow' might sound confusing. So, I prepared a video for you: https://youtu.be/orHP3Nv6wJI to clarify what exactly our smart workflow does.
We actually mean, 'smart workflow using the pipeline feature'. If you talk about automation to move the candidates, then this is something really interesting and we would love to introduce but right now we don't have.

No, there will never be unlimited compan, as this is a SaaS, and all the images, PDFs are stored in our cloud, and we can't possibly make it unlimited for potential mis-use. You are free to buy multiple codes, and in future we will let you increase company or team member, as you need.

Hi, this is my very first review and was hopeful that this new software would give me what I have been looking for as a profesional recruiter. I've asked several times about the job board's feature such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.. I have received very basic answers and detail on it, but with promises this feature would be released early December. I find it very hard to believe such a robust and workable job function is actually forthcoming - especially one that works.
I will change my review if they do release a workable option as promised in the next 2 weeks and will purchase 10 codes, but I am losing hope, especialy since the tool is so new and needs lots of work across the entire platform.
Again, I still remain hopeful, but I can tell you that having such a tool without a powerful job posting engine makes it worthkess. This should be a key implemenation. it wont matter how many other features get added... you will need and want an integrated way to attract candidates. All else in my opinion is secondary and can be had by so many other applicant tracking systems already flooding the marketplace.

Hi There, Sorry for the late reply.
Fully agree with all of your understanding you’d mentioned that the job board is one of the key implementations. Also, you’re right that it’s not so easy to release the workable version so early. From our side, we’d already started working with that, still, I would say we’re on the schedule, we'll be happy to notify you once it’s released on the main server.
Few platforms: Linkedin, Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Jobserve. Meantime, may I know your priority/choice from those listed board. You may also consider suggesting to us the other platforms.

I had really high hopes for this product and was extremely excited to get it set up today. Unfortunately, I have been unable to set up anything because every time I do, I receive an error message. First, just trying to save our company logo and a photo, error message. Then trying to create the first job posting, boom - error message ("500 server error"). I have been unable to do anything and I've attempted multiple times in different browsers, same error messages.
I've submitted support tickets but of course, it's the weekend so I'll probably have to wait until Monday. If I can't get any resolution by then, I'll be requesting a refund, which I am extremely sad about. I even stacked 3 codes because that's how much we need this for our company.
Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues.
PS. I do love the layout of everything and it all seems pretty user-friendly (which is why I still gave it 2 tacos). Very clean UI... but what's a great UI if I can't do anything in it?

I know you’d the problem to create the job, having 500 Error(s). We’d realized the same and already deployed the fixes. This week we’ll have another release, after that as a company you’ll be able to decide which fields should be required/optional/hide for the candidate application process.
You’re right, we’ve to update the UX for GDPR settings, Email templates. The issues you’d mentioned, all inside our priority list, we’re continuously improving the system and also adding new features.

Hello Foldi Miklos, I know you had a major problem(s) to create the job. Also, had few questions. I’m so sorry for the late reply.
The errors you’d mentioned, those are already fixed now (you may track the changelog).
You had a few questions, like Language: We’re already started working with the language switching option. We’re expecting to release the language feature within 20th December.
Quiz and IQ Test: Currently you can set the quiz/IQ test questions by yourself, also can set the exam duration and mark per question. Later we’ll come up with the ready-made questions set, you’ll find inside the roadmap. Also, this week we’ll release another update to re-use the quiz questions set.

I had high hopes for this as I've been looking for a good hiring platform at a decent price. I read the limited reviews, watched a demo, checked out the site and thought it looked like a stellar candidate to use for our ongoing hiring efforts. Sadly, EasyJobs fell extremely short.
The Good Two tacos for its potential. It has great potential as an AS LTD and maybe some application outside of the U.S.
The Bad It has A LOT of typos and there seems to be a general disconnect in understanding the needs of a hiring manager, startup founder, or even an individual looking to do a minimal amount of hiring.
Required fields that don't make sense, typos all around, forced images on the profile page, company page images are forced to be incorrectly cropped, no customization of the fields. There's probably more issues but I gave up after 30 minutes of bug after bug after bug.
The Ugly Unless I'm missing a setting somewhere (I searched quite a bit), EasyJobs is basically useless in the United States IMO as the first screen that a candidate is presented is full of required questions that are just begging for a discrimination lawsuit (lookup Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964) and really are just bad form to ask in the first place.
Don't get me wrong. I want EasyJobs to be a win, but, frankly it feels like it should still be sitting on a staging server as a closed Alpha. I will be watching to see if they respond to these and other's critiques with rapid product updates, but I imagine I will end up requesting a refund in the near future.

Hi There, Thanks for your words & sorry for the late reply. First of all, the errors have been fixed also added some new functionality.
You had pointed out a few things, such as: Required fields & customization of the fields: I’m fully agreed with you, it’s very difficult for anyone to key-in lots of required inputs. Primarily we made the lesser important fields as optional, but for a permanent solution by this week we’ll release another update, after that you’ll be able to decide which fields should be required/optional/hide for the candidate application process. Also, as a company able to decide what to display on the company public page. Inside the roadmap, you’ll also find out that, in the near future we’ll have the white-label settings for the company.
United States IMO: As mentioned above, after having such settings that the company can decide which data to get from the candidate in the first place and which data should get after they applied. Alongside this setting, our UX team already working for better presentations.
Incorrectly Cropped: Incorrect image cropping & placement is fixed now.
Thank you once again to mention all those issues, that’s how we’re improving our system & implementing the new features.

Three taco's, that's it. For me the least I ever gave on a AppSumo deal. Think the team is okay and responding. But the deal is not. What is promised on the deal page is: In-App Messaging Detail Analytics Custom Domain Smart Workflow Personality Test - But trying to use this option they are really hard to find, documentation is lacking or the option is not present at all but on a roadmap.... No I did not get a Custom Domain option and for the Personality test I will need to wait half a year from now if I trust the roadmap. But how to trust this roadmap if this deal description is not trustworthy. At the moment this is a very basic application which could be built by some of my students (Highschool). Not very impressive. Think they are offering this too early. Will see......

Hello Meindert Jorna, Sorry for the trouble you’d faced.
You had a few queries about different features. Few of the features are already have inside the system and few of them are inside the roadmap. But you’re correct, for lack of documentation it’s tough for someone new, we’re working to improve the documentation, to prepare a case-study type feature description.
A very basic clarification about those points you’d mentioned, such as: In-app messaging: We have a first version of the conversation, where company can communicate with the candidate, can attach the document (can be used as a real test): https://prnt.sc/q7s2u2 (screenshot) We’ll continue improving this messaging feature
Details analytics: A basic analytics we already have & we’re working for the improved version of the analytics, and we’ll notify you.
Custom Domain: We’re expecting to release the custom domain settings features within this 20th December.
Smart Workflow: We have the pipeline feature to manage the stage-wise candidate, easily: https://www.loom.com/share/a4dbd11a56a44b6a8a8b7921b98a7a54 We’re also working to make this pipeline re-usable. So, if you have multiple jobs then don’t need to create the pipeline every time. Btw, by default, you’ll have ‘Applied’ stage/pipeline when you create any job.
Embed anything in a website: We have a few options to embed EasyJobs with your website 1) You can tell user/candidate to go to easy.job/yourCompany 2) If you have a WordPress site, then you can set-up the EasyJobs into your website using EasyJobs plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easyjobs/ i.e. yourdomain.com/jobs, so candidate can find the job list from your site. 3) (upcoming within 20th December 2019) You'll be able to mask CNAME using our custom domain settings, that way EasyJobs will be loaded inside your subdomain, i.e. jobs.yourDomain.com, so again candidate will be able to find jobs inside your domain.
500 server error trying to create a new job: Solved already
The phone number may not be greater than 20: Solved already
Exam/Degree Title: Now possible to add custom exam/degree title: https://prnt.sc/q7s60o (screenshot)
Disable certain field: We’re going to release another updated regarding the ‘Manage fields’ issues by this week, after that you’ll be able to manage the field visibilities. You can track the changelog anytime: https://easy.jobs/changelog/
Translation: We’re working with the translation, by 20th December, we’re expecting to release the translation features. You can track the roadmap also: http://easy.jobs/go/roadmap

I have tested this tool since the appsumo published this deal
First, you need to know is that the founder of this app is the same with the WPdeveloper and I was overwhelmed again by their customer support. They are among the best of customer support I have experienced in appsumo deals. The onboarding of the app is smooth and I told them about a little problem(don't receive email on the registration because they said sometimes Hotmail blocked the email) and some improvement that can be made.
AND you know what?
They responded to my chat within seconds and they fixed the problems and also PUSHED the update within hours! They have added that we can put manual category and subcategory for the job and other updates too.
Believe me, the team behind this is good, and they are bringing Whitelabel that we can change the logo in the upcoming updates.
Some awesome features they have are when applicants applied for their jobs, they will save the documents and the bio so that if they want to apply to another job, they don't need to do it again. Although, they can also change and edit their photos for different companies if the company requested a different format. For the company, it is good that we have can stage and rating the applicants, bringing the whole process that feels like an offline job application!
Again, some improvements that can be made are multiple currencies, more robust features on the quiz(i know they are developing and bring the IQ features too) and multiple languages(or even manual translation).
I already got clust, but this tool have can help you throughout the whole process from the beginning to the end!
Unless you already got GoHire, you better get this! They are adding to 10 codes to stack, for agencies, you don't wanna miss this!
I'm convinced that the reviews so far are from people who actually bought this but haven't attempted to implement it yet. When I saw this I literally mentally committed to stacked 10x codes and use it across my companies.
Being the SumoNerd that I am, I bought one code to start... and went to implement it right away.
This thing is so half baked, riddled with spelling mistakes and typos and broken/foreign English. Fields are not customizable where they should be. Overall it's just not ready for use and would make your company look retarded if you did use it.
Also, where is there AI in this tool? Just throwing out fancy buzzwords for a glorified form/database?
We can't attach images here or I'd show you what I'm talking about. Actually, I'll share them at utft.io
Since I'm not the kinda guy to throw gasoline on someone, light a match and walk away (unless its pure shit like Pabbly, lol) I'll offer this. easy.jobs team, if you want to reach out, I'd be happy to help make this tool better and help you with globalizing your language and content.

Hey Jason, please reach us and send your feedback. We definitely want to make it better for you as it's made for you. Your feedback would be very much appreciated.
Yes, we all know that Indeed has free company profiles, but they're ugly, limited, and that matters for my review.
I've been looking for a job posting solution for quite some time. I run a freelance shop, and let me state up front that EasyJobs doesn't seem to be geared towards or acknowledge freelance (beyond lumping it in with Contractual). In fact, there are only two job classifications: Permanent and Contractual. Unlike a lot of other fields with Easy Jobs, a custom solution can't be written in. (Full Time, Part Time, Freelance, Internship, College Program all come to mind quickly). I especially need Freelance and Internship as I'm an educator that identified and builds professional talent from universities.
The type of minor complaint you just read from me? It's pretty much representative of my concerns... minor.
Pros: - Agency at 4 codes - Custom domain - Great aesthetics - Great HR pipeline management - Can create quizzes to give to candidates - Can message candidates from within the platform
Cons: - Can't preview draft jobs, but can strange preview open postings (this is sort of crazy) - Job types are limited to Permanent and Contract (no Intern, Freelance, etc.) - No ability to toggle a position as "remote" to make that searchable - Office times show up on all postings, so not great for flex, virtual, remote, or freelance - Must enter the number of job vacancies and this gets published (would prefer to be private) - Can't turn off the "benefits" section (again relating to freelance) - Doesn't integrate with job posting boards
Did you notice that last con? This, while rated high by me who doesn't care, is NOT a tool for those who need to "blast" a job out to the world. It doesn't seem to integrate with other tools and while I saw Zapier in the roadmap, there aren't any specifics on what abilities that will actually entail.
As for my personal concerns, I'm not asking this tool to re-engineer itself for me just because I create freelance and internship opportunities... and I can "get around" every issue (for the most part) like most job posters do--by simply "correcting" whats posted in the text--but I imagine that a lot of us on here are more prone to creating part time and freelance positions at a higher rate than other job creation engines (like big businesses churning out full time employees), and the ability to not distinguish between the various types of permanent and contractual job positions is a major issue for some, even if its minor for others. It could create some legal issues for some, but I'm certainly in the Not-A-Lawyer status.
Four tacos. One removed for being a little too locked in to a Permanent/Contract dichotomy... and an imaginary taco removed because a draft job can't be previewed (which is so insane, I assume/hope it's a temporary oversight).
Outcome: I have one code now to review, considering the three more for agency because this gets the job done and I hope it advances.
I am building my own startup so this is amazing for job recruitment. Thanks so much for bringing this deal. I love that appsumo is bringing deals that can help startups scale faster. Human talent is the number one asset of any business and love that this app makes it easy for you! Love that interactivity quiz aspect and in app messaging with clients so your email isn't flooded with follow ups. Great job once again to this awesome team.
Wow, this is fantastic. I am a Startup Founder, currently struggling with the hiring process as I have less experience with it. Now easy.jobs seems an easy solution for hiring the right candidate with awesome User Experience and effective yet unique features. I can now free up time to focus on the things that matter, the people.

Not Ready.
I had high hopes for this as I've been looking for a good hiring platform at a decent price. I read the limited reviews, watched a demo, checked out the site and thought it looked like a stellar candidate to use for our ongoing hiring efforts. Sadly, EasyJobs fell extremely short.
The Good
Two tacos for its potential. It has great potential as an AS LTD and maybe some application outside of the U.S.
The Bad
It has A LOT of typos and there seems to be a general disconnect in understanding the needs of a hiring manager, startup founder, or even an individual looking to do a minimal amount of hiring.
Required fields that don't make sense, typos all around, forced images on the profile page, company page images are forced to be incorrectly cropped, no customization of the fields. There's probably more issues but I gave up after 30 minutes of bug after bug after bug.
The Ugly
Unless I'm missing a setting somewhere (I searched quite a bit), EasyJobs is basically useless in the United States IMO as the first screen that a candidate is presented is full of required questions that are just begging for a discrimination lawsuit (lookup Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964) and really are just bad form to ask in the first place.
Don't get me wrong. I want EasyJobs to be a win, but, frankly it feels like it should still be sitting on a staging server as a closed Alpha. I will be watching to see if they respond to these and other's critiques with rapid product updates, but I imagine I will end up requesting a refund in the near future.

May 9, 2024Hi There,
Thanks for your words & sorry for the late reply.
First of all, the errors have been fixed also added some new functionality.
You had pointed out a few things, such as:
Required fields & customization of the fields: I’m fully agreed with you, it’s very difficult for anyone to key-in lots of required inputs.

Too much promised
Three taco's, that's it. For me the least I ever gave on a AppSumo deal. Think the team is okay and responding. But the deal is not. What is promised on the deal page is:
In-App Messaging
Detail Analytics
Custom Domain
Smart Workflow
Personality Test - But trying to use this option they are really hard to find, documentation is lacking or the option is not present at all but on a roadmap....

May 9, 2024Hello Meindert Jorna,
Sorry for the trouble you’d faced.
You had a few queries about different features. Few of the features are already have inside the system and few of them are inside the roadmap. But you’re correct, for lack of documentation it’s tough for someone new, we’re working to improve the documentation, to prepare a case-study type feature description.
A very basic clarification about those points you’d mentioned, such as:
In-app messaging: We have a first version of the conversation, where company can communicate with the candidate, can attach the document (can be used as a real test): https://prnt.sc/q7s2u2 (screenshot) We’ll continue improving this messaging feature
Embed anything in a website: We have a few options to embed EasyJobs with your website
1) You can tell user/candidate to go to easy.job/yourCompany
2) If you have a WordPress site, then you can set-up the EasyJobs into your website using EasyJobs plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/easyjobs/ i.e. yourdomain.com/jobs, so candidate can find the job list from your site.

You don't want to miss this!

Half Baked
J Keyz out.

Really nice start
It's pretty much representative of my concerns... minor.
Pros:
- Agency at 4 codes
- Custom domain
- Great aesthetics
- Great HR pipeline management
- Can create quizzes to give to candidates
- Can message candidates from within the platform
Cons:
- Can't preview draft jobs, but can strange preview open postings (this is sort of crazy)
- Job types are limited to Permanent and Contract (no Intern, Freelance, etc.)
- No ability to toggle a position as "remote" to make that searchable
- Office times show up on all postings, so not great for flex, virtual, remote, or freelance
- Must enter the number of job vacancies and this gets published (would prefer to be private)
- Can't turn off the "benefits" section (again relating to freelance)
- Doesn't integrate with job posting boards

Startup Job Recruitment
Hi there
I am building my own startup so this is amazing for job recruitment.
