Not Ready.
I had high hopes for this as I've been looking for a good hiring platform at a decent price. I read the limited reviews, watched a demo, checked out the site and thought it looked like a stellar candidate to use for our ongoing hiring efforts. Sadly, EasyJobs fell extremely short.
The Good
Two tacos for its potential. It has great potential as an AS LTD and maybe some application outside of the U.S.
The Bad
It has A LOT of typos and there seems to be a general disconnect in understanding the needs of a hiring manager, startup founder, or even an individual looking to do a minimal amount of hiring.
Required fields that don't make sense, typos all around, forced images on the profile page, company page images are forced to be incorrectly cropped, no customization of the fields. There's probably more issues but I gave up after 30 minutes of bug after bug after bug.
The Ugly
Unless I'm missing a setting somewhere (I searched quite a bit), EasyJobs is basically useless in the United States IMO as the first screen that a candidate is presented is full of required questions that are just begging for a discrimination lawsuit (lookup Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964) and really are just bad form to ask in the first place.
Don't get me wrong. I want EasyJobs to be a win, but, frankly it feels like it should still be sitting on a staging server as a closed Alpha. I will be watching to see if they respond to these and other's critiques with rapid product updates, but I imagine I will end up requesting a refund in the near future.

May 9, 2024Hi There,
Thanks for your words & sorry for the late reply.
First of all, the errors have been fixed also added some new functionality.
You had pointed out a few things, such as:
Required fields & customization of the fields: I’m fully agreed with you, it’s very difficult for anyone to key-in lots of required inputs. Primarily we made the lesser important fields as optional, but for a permanent solution by this week we’ll release another update, after that you’ll be able to decide which fields should be required/optional/hide for the candidate application process. Also, as a company able to decide what to display on the company public page. Inside the roadmap, you’ll also find out that, in the near future we’ll have the white-label settings for the company.
United States IMO: As mentioned above, after having such settings that the company can decide which data to get from the candidate in the first place and which data should get after they applied. Alongside this setting, our UX team already working for better presentations.
Incorrectly Cropped: Incorrect image cropping & placement is fixed now.
Thank you once again to mention all those issues, that’s how we’re improving our system & implementing the new features.
