The replay stopped multiple times during the playback with no option to restart it. I could only continue watching it by refreshing the page. Is this a known problem? I have a very fast and stable internet connection and watched the webinar on Mac/Safari.

2. At around 1 hour and 40 mins into the webinar, there is a demo of your automated demo webinar (available on your home page). The presentation shows a download available for another 13 minutes, then you refresh the page, noting that the webinar continues at the right point (at 1 minute 45 sec into the presentation), but at that point, the download is no longer available on the page. Before refreshing, the page said it would be available for another 13 minutes. Is this a bug?
