Q: MailChimp integration I checked your integrations page, and it says that the MailChimp integration only does ...
one thing: adds registrants to MailChimp. Is that it? You say have analytics data down to the single attendee level in easywebinar, but if I use MailChimp, then the only way to use it is in your own analytics dashboard?
E.g. if I want to tag people based on who bought something during a webinar, or based on other actions you record in your app, is there no way to add that data automatically to MailChimp?

May 14, 2024A: At the one code level, we do offer Zapier integration which you can use with MailChimp.

The feature comparison here https://easywebinar.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/11/easywebinar-features-codes.jpg
lists Zapier AND MailChimp (and other providers) separately. It specifically says "Integration with MailChimp".
Does that mean that the "MailChimp integration" is only through Zapier (which is a PAID "middleman" service, that integrates with pretty much anything), so if that is the case, why is "Integration with MailChimp" listed separately as "included"?
I'm confused...
Zapier does have a free feature and that is why we suggest it for the under 10 code purchase. MailChimp and other integrations are at the 10 code level.

So you are basically saying that your own list of features / codes is incorrect? It lists 2 items, like this, as INCLUDED with one code:
- Zapier integration
- Integration with (MailChimp, Constant Contact, Aweber, Icontact & Get Response)
There is a third line which shows as only included with 10 codes:
Integration with (Ontraport, Infusionsoft, ConvertKit, Active Campaign & Get Drip)
Do I understand your reply correctly, that despite these integrations being listed as INCLUDED with 1 code, they are actually NOT included?
Yes with the one code purchase you are able to integrate with the mail services listed as well as Zapier.
