Q: hi - i am confused.
the deal here states that i can use the license for 10 sites, but when i redeemed, it's saying valid only for 1 website. can you clarify this please? thank you.

they did respond to my query here via the live chat. quick support response so far. i think we need to reach out to them to activate the 10 site license for the tier 1 plan.
