Q: Hi, I am missing some things that are not only essential but also easy to solve.

1 - When sharing computer screen in a meeting there is no way to share the (system) audio, like in all other tools. So showing my VA part of a video etc. is not possible, so we still use another video tool.

2 - There is no way to select the webcam when making a story. I have a few webcams connected, including some 'virtual' webcams like Chromacam or Manycam. The system just picks a webcam, but you cannot change that, so in my case it is a black screen. So the only stories I can make is with with screen sharing.

3 - Signing up a new team member is very confusing to me. It is not like I am used to in other tools that you add a new team member and that he/she is invited by email and can sign up. Apparently the new team member first have to make an account. Or, am I doing something wrong here?

For the rest, I like the tool, but these are some annoying points.

In the meeting room yyou cna select in settings the source of audio, maybe i undertand your issue if you can share me more info into support@edworking.com i can check better with my team

Yes this is a improvment at the moment storyes is not selectable the source of video, will be in the next months

you can invite people via email for sure, or via link and they will receive a email, let me know if you want a on boarding session
