Q: Is the platform Down?
I am happy with your software, but since yesterday my colleges are saying nobody is able to log in. I tried to ask via de support form on your website, but this one is also not working. Any idea what the problem is and when it is solved?

Had the same issue as well. I could not login at all yesterday and not getting any word from support. Love the software, but I am needing to use it and it is a critical time to be down. Hoping to hear from admin soon.
