Hello. We have all of the Notification settings turned on but are not getting emails notifications when a new chat message needs to be read. Also, will there be permission\u002Dbased roles in the future? We would like to have Admin, Team Member, etc. with different usage permissions. Thanks.\u000a\u000ac~

We are struggling issues with our email provider, we are working on that to be ready in the final of this fix this issues\u000a\u000aadmin roles needs to be done but will be release later no in the next iterations

Q: Not getting notifications of new chats

Hello. We have all of the Notification settings turned on but are not getting emails notifications when a new chat message needs to be read. Also, will there be permission-based roles in the future? We would like to have Admin, Team Member, etc. with different usage permissions. Thanks.
