Q: Should I Request a Refund

I purchased this with high hopes. It looks like exactly the kind of thing I need as I move into a new role in my organization. But it has been nothing but issues the past few days. I went to add my code to my account, and it keeps saying my code has already been redeemed.

I can't seem to get the system working in any way that is actually functional. I emailed the support email address and received no response - not even a general response saying my question was received.
