Hello Support Team,
1.) Under the feature section it states your software have white label and CName option. However, I dont see this feature within any of the tiers.
However, I do see in the questions the monthly subscription pricing. Given this platiform is for LTD, where is the option to purchase the White label feature for an one time cost?
2.) Are there any plans to offer the whitelabel option in a higher tier down the road for LTD?
3.) Can multiple businesses be managed within your software?
4.) Is Tier 5 designed for on one company or agencies? If so, how is this possible with one workspace?
5.) Is there an option to create folders within workspaces for file management?
6.) Is there an option to manage what users have access to based on roles and responsibilities?

Oct 31, 2025A: 1,2) whitelabeling is NOT availible in lifetime only in monthly/basis
3) yes you can create differents workspace one per company
4) you can apply unlimited members into one workspace
5) yes you can create folder
6) no yet , this is coming but for example if you invite in a workspace i will not see all your sapce you need invite me into this one speccidically , herarquiy is
