Q: Workspace features and limitations? +File handling suggestion

Good day!

What are the workspace features and limitations?
1. How can I organize my teams/members, clients, and projects?
2. How can I control who sees what in my workspaces?
3. How are projects, teams, brands handled in workspaces?
How should I organize my work in Edworking?
See my situation below:
3.1. I have different brands/clients.
3.2. I have different projects per brand.
3.3. I have different teams per project.
3.4. I don't want team members and clients to see everything in a workspace/brand/project.

Feature suggestions:
-Better file management
-auto create folders for uploaded files based on brand, or client, or other (based on criteria we can define).
-btw I'm a visual designer (still and motion), so you can imagine I handle tons of files :')

Here’s a quick guide to how you can manage your workflow in Edworking, based on your setup:

Organizing Brands, Teams, and Clients
Create one Workspace per Brand/Client
Example: Nike, Coca-Cola, etc.

Inside each Workspace, create Spaces for each project or initiative.
Example: Website Redesign, Summer Campaign

Add team members to specific Spaces only – they’ll only see what’s shared with them, nothing else in the Workspace.

Clients can be added with limited access for review/feedback. And onoy see the space Website Redesign for example

"Inside each Workspace"...
All plans offered only have 1 Workspace allocated to them, even the highest Tier is limited, despite the high cost. Agencies need better. Also, should you wish to show your development progress to the AppSumo community, maybe you could update your Founders message from last year?
