Awesome app
Edworking is one of my best purchases from AppSumo. It's a great project management tool that can compete with other known PM app out there. It's very easy to use and navigate. Ivan is also very responsive to my questions. I am excited for its future developments.
Thank so much Edworking Team

IT NEEDS A LOT OF WORK TO MAKE IT FUNCTIONAL
I tested the tool for two months in a real-life work environment, so I can speak from experience as someone who used the tool with a work group of 15 people on different operating systems, browsers, and mobile devices.
The first thing is that the tool is full of bugs, and they're not simple bugs, but serious ones. From the interface itself and its design issues to the internal programming, things that should be simple don't work. For example, when you create a task, you can't directly enter a description; you have to create it and then modify it. Many times, the changes and modifications weren't even saved correctly, and a lot of time was wasted.
Video calls don't work with just one person; forget about group video calls; they simply don't work.
The chat behaves quite strangely; when synced between devices, messages don't appear correctly; some appear earlier, others later, and this is a very bad idea for tracing a conversation.
The mobile app definitely doesn't work. The platform is full of bugs. The mobile app is a bug in itself. It constantly closes on its own, is completely unstable, and notifications are acting haphazardly.
If you have 15 users and you want to delete one, it's impossible. There's a bug that prevents you from deleting it, and that slot is lost. Support's solution is to send you to buy more codes.
And finally, support is the most complex part of all this. Obviously, it's a small group, but support can go days without anyone responding. I did it via email and live support chat, and there really isn't a difference. It's pretty weak support, especially because the only responses I received regarding all the errors I found were along the lines of:
"We'll fix it in the next update."
An update that NEVER arrived in these two months. When I bought the codes, support said it would be in February, then at the end of February, then in March, and finally, the month ended, and the updates and fixes were never implemented.
Edworking could be a good idea, but it's really in beta right now; it's not a platform ready to provide project management solutions. There's no point in having aesthetics and an ornate interface if the platform runs unstably. This is supposed to be work software, and if an application can't guarantee it'll do its job, then it should reconsider its position in the market.
In the end, I decided to request a refund, as there are no clear dates for the supposed app update, much less any responses from support, who ultimately have all their hopes pinned on the supposed app rewrite.
My advice is that if you're a professional who needs to connect a workgroup for a serious project, look at other options. But if you're someone who simply wants to help beta test a new platform and doesn't mind spending time, then this is the place for you.
But this app is definitely not ready to provide the robustness and stability of any basic project manager.

Apr 2, 2025Hi Andres,
Thanks for your detailed review! We appreciate the time you spent testing Edworking with your team, and we understand that no platform is perfect—especially one that is constantly evolving.
Building a fully functional project management platform that works seamlessly across all devices, browsers, and operating systems is no small feat (if only it were as easy as snapping our fingers!). That said, we’ve been working hard on a major update, and many of the issues you mentioned—like task descriptions and meeting rooms—are already fixed.
As for support, while we’d love to have an army of agents responding instantly 24/7, the reality is that no lifetime deal service operates at that level. We do our best to assist everyone as quickly as possible, and we’re always improving.
It’s a shame you won’t be around to see the new Edworking, but we respect your decision and wish you the best with whatever platform meets your needs. Who knows? Maybe one day, you’ll check back and see how far we’ve come. 😉

It could be Better. With more transparency.
Purchased 2 codes.
But on first day, I found following disappointing issues.
1. The plans in this offers are only to increase the Team size. It do not offer any Business Account feature.
2. The codes are Workspace specific.
3. Can not rename Workspace. Or the icon of workspace. Needs Business Account.
4. UI is very poor, specially the small fonts and grey font colours. Its very stressful for eyes.
5. Can not delete unwanted / Trial workspaces.
6. Docs can not be export fully to PDF. Only 1st page is exported. Also the Export is Image based and not content based.
7. File preview is not working. Every time the user have to download to local PC and then open. Even txt files.
8. In Docs - Can not define Multi level Folders.
9. In Docs - Code formatting is not working. Everything gets merged into one line.
10. Docs can be shared as a Link but EdWorking branding and EdWorking link is always there. Needs Business Account.
11. Sorting of Spaces is not possible.

Mar 11, 2025So, let’s break this down. You bought a Lifetime Deal, which means you made a one-time payment and now expect us to give you every premium feature forever—including whitelabeling, which is usually reserved for Business Accounts.
Let’s be real—if we gave everyone full whitelabeling in a Lifetime Deal, how exactly would we continue to grow and improve the platform? Should we just run everything for free while covering all the server costs, support, and updates indefinitely? Sounds like a solid business strategy… if we planned on going bankrupt in two months.
The reason whitelabeling is not included is simple:
👉 It’s a premium feature that allows companies to use our platform as their own. If we gave that away for a one-time payment, we’d be funding your brand instead of our own—forever. Not exactly a win-win.
👉 We need sustainable revenue to continue improving and keeping the platform alive. Giving away high-value business features for a one-time fee isn’t exactly how companies stay in business.
So no, whitelabeling isn’t part of the Lifetime Deal, and it never was. If that’s a dealbreaker, then this deal just isn’t for you. Otherwise, enjoy all the great features you do have access to—without the expectation that we’ll hand over the keys to the entire business for a one-time payment. 😉
“The plans in this offer only increase the Team size, not Business Account features.”
→ Correct! That’s exactly what the Lifetime Deal was advertised as. Nowhere did we say you’d be getting a Business Account. Expecting that is like ordering a burger and then complaining it doesn’t come with a steak.
“The codes are Workspace specific.”
→ Yes, they are. We never claimed otherwise. Each code applies to a workspace—this is how we structure our platform. Again, all in the deal details.
“Can not rename Workspace or its icon—needs Business Account.”
→ Bingo! Workspace branding is a premium feature. If we gave that away in a Lifetime Deal, we'd be handing over our brand so you could grow yours—for a one-time payment. That’s not how businesses work. bt we will give the option to changes name.
“UI is very poor, especially the small fonts and grey font colors.”
→ That’s your opinion, and UI preferences are subjective. Many of our users love the design, but thanks for the feedback! Maybe adjusting your screen brightness could help?
“Can not delete unwanted / Trial workspaces.”
→ Not true. You can delete workspaces. If you’re having trouble, just ask support instead of assuming it's impossible.
“Docs cannot be fully exported to PDF—only the first page is exported. Export is image-based.”
→ That sounds like an issue on your side, because full PDF export is supported. Maybe check again?
“File preview is not working. Have to download files even for TXT.”
→ File preview works for multiple formats, but not all the formats in existence. Expecting universal preview is a bit much—are we supposed to build a previewer for every file type ever created?
“In Docs - Cannot define multi-level folders.”
→ Not true. Multi-level folders exist. Maybe explore the features before making claims? Just a thought.
“In Docs - Code formatting is not working. Everything gets merged into one line.”
→ That’s an actual bug if true, so we’ll check.
“Docs can be shared as a Link but always include EdWorking branding. Needs Business Account.”
→ Correct again! Because—surprise!—branding removal is a premium feature. This Lifetime Deal wasn’t about giving everyone a Business Account for a one-time payment. That would be like Netflix offering a one-time fee for unlimited streaming forever. (Hint: They don’t, because it’s not sustainable.)
“Sorting of Spaces is not possible.”
→ Good feedback! That’s something we can consider improving. Thanks for the suggestion.

Wanted it to be good :-(
First off, what ever was wrong with the IPhone app version in regards to not saving updated entries is still spottie and inconclusive if it will be fixed. It sometimes does not update a record after I press save.
But the big deal is “June 1st 2025”! There is no date in the calendar and they still have not fixed it since the discovery. It seems like their calendar does not allow for any day that does not fit into a five week month. Check past and future calendar inputs and you can see this has been an ongoing thing. When I addressed it, they blamed the app version but it was on the desktop portal as well. It’s systemic.
All these five stars, make me wonder if anyone is using it. Oh well. Hope they get it right for their sake.
I really wanted this to be a staple software, maybe but just not yet.

Feb 24, 2025We appreciate your feedback and understand how frustrating the calendar issue must be. While it's unfortunate that a bug like this impacts your experience, we are actively working on improving the app. If you encounter issues like this in the future, feel free to report them directly to our support team—we prioritize fixes based on user reports.
As for the lifetime deal, we believe it provides great value to our customers and helps us continue improving the software with their support. That said, we respect your perspective and truly hope we can earn your trust in the future.
Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts!
