Has Potential, But Needs Time to Mature
First off, the interface is a bit too colourful for my liking. I understand this is a matter of personal preference, but for a business solution, it seems a touch too playful. However, the design isn't my main concern. What's a bit more disappointing is the slow pace of updates and features implementation. I waited till the last day for the refund but here we are.
I also found the deal structure quite confusing with the various account types with differing credits (if EdWorking comes back to Appsumo, this is something that should be thoroughly thought through before the deal - not during and somehow even after it by the looks). Now that the per-user prices have been released, I've decided to opt for a refund. Unfortunately, the lifetime deal just doesn't correlate to a long-term perspective for me seeing the monthly prices - now they are on par with other more mature and comprehensive platforms, so the value is debatable at best.
While my experience wasn't stellar, also with the support provided (responding sporadically and in mostly incomplete ways outside of Appsumo is not satisfactory), I wish the Edworking team all the best. I believe there's potential there for this to be great in the future.
