Absolutely not recommended. It’s a waste of time and only generates costs due to audits and extra work. Already in the first year of use, there were various errors that caused contacts and entire projects to disappear. Then the developers said everything would be rebuilt from scratch. At first, it looked like an improvement. Ultimately, however, similar problems persist—namely, that tasks aren’t displayed. They fall outside the pagination range, and you have to change the sort order just to find them. The API token also changes daily, which is an unnecessary extra burden. Some things also can’t be properly accessed or modified via the API—especially not retroactively, as seen with “Tags.” Is this really the kind of problem a software program should have—one where you invest time, enter data, and then sporadically discover that data has suddenly vanished?! Unfortunately, it’s no good!
On the contrary, this retroactive search takes more time—and, above all, is more stressful—than the software would save.
