You only get one bot, and if you want another one, you need to buy a new code and connect it with a different email address. This makes the product difficult to use when you have multiple projects.

You also cannot remove their branding.

For those three things I removed a star each:
1. Only one bot
2. Cannot manage more than a single project in one account
3. Forced banding
