Can one completely edit header and footer of any elementor theme using this plugin and make it and customize it? If I have elementor theme from themeforest and basic version of elementor not the pro one, can I edit completely header and footer of that theme with this plugin ?

Thanks for your question! You don’t need Elementor Pro — with the free version of Elementor and Element Pack’s Theme Builder, you can fully create and edit your site’s header and footer.

The YouTube video is for to create new header and footer. I am talking about if I already have Elementor theme from third party including header and footer, how I can edit those header and footer with your plugin ?

Thanks for your feedback. Yes, you can also edit the existing Elementor header and footer by using Element Pack widgets. For that, just open your existing Elementor header & footer and edit it with Element Pack widgets(like as- Mega Menu, Sub Menu, etc).
