I bought the pack yesterday, downloaded and installed the plugin, also elementor plugin and put the license key in. Since thenI tried to insert different templates now in a new page. But I always got the message: Failed to fetch template from URL.
Please help. I couldn't find another way to get in touch using my bdthemes dahboard.

Please make sure you’ve followed these steps:
- Activate the widget you want to live copy.
- Paste correctly — Don’t paste into a container/section. Instead, go to the Elementor editor tool box area, click the “+” icon, right-click to open the menu, and select “Paste from other site”.
- Note: The design of 3rd party widgets will be copied only. You will need to install and activate the required third-party plugins separately.
After activation, please add the necessary data within those plugins
