Thank you so much for your kind words about our widgets!
We're thrilled to hear that you love Elfsight. While we don't have plans to return to AppSumo in the near future, we have an exciting promotion happening right now in celebration of our company's birthday. You can subscribe to any of our applications at a great discount.
Feel free to check it out, and if you have any question.
Q: How Do I Get Elfsight to work with Wordpress (and my Appsumo plan) with the new dashboard?
Haven't used the software in a while, so maybe I missed something. I purchased the Tier 1 package on Appsumo. When I tried to add a popup today, I got an error "You need the Business or Commerce plan on WordPress to install the widget,". My plan has been marked as Basic. I purchased Elfsight so that I could create/use widgets with WordPress. Please get back to me with a resolution, work around. Thanks.
This sounds like a limitation of the commercially hosted version of Wordpress on Wordpress.com, which limits adding 3rd-party plug-ins & widgets to Business & Commerce plans. There is no such limitation for the open source version of Wordpress from wordpress.org, which you can self-host or is available through many other hosting providers.
Q: How do I remove or modify the "# yummy" text from my widget, which also shows up when embedded on my website?
Q: So, are you going to offer special pricing for AppSumo customers that invested in you early on (you know, ...
since you pulled the rug out from underneath everyone by mapping us to a free tier)?
"By default, you can now create up to 3 widgets per each app at the same time, so you can have 3 Google Reviews, 3 Instagram Feeds, 3 Contact Forms etc…
If you do reach your widget limit for any particular app, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance."
Are you going to offer more than just 3 on a case-by-case basis?
Seems pretty shady to go back and change what you were offering and hype up a "new dashnoard".
Q: Come back to Appsumo please
Can you come back to Appsumo? I have tried your Google and all-in-one review and like them.
Anyone else have suggestion of alternative?
