Q: Hi just received notification of your new dashboard.
However it now states (I have one widget in use presently) that 1 of 3 widgets are being used. Are you really saying I have access or ability to use only 3 widgets at one time now?

We want to inform you that we have recently migrated to a new version of the dashboard, which has required us to also migrate our AppSumo clients. Unfortunately, the old dashboard can no longer be supported.
The migration comes with both up-sides and down-sides. On the positive side, you now have access to 20+ new applications that were previously unavailable. Additionally, the new dashboard is much more advanced and offers improved functionality.
On the downside, it was necessary for us to specify the limits for AppSumo plans and standardize them in order to grant you access to these new features.
By default, you can now create up to 3 widgets per each app at the same time, so you can have 3 Google Reviews, 3 Instagram Feeds, 3 Contact Forms etc…
If you do reach your widget limit for any particular app, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team for assistance.
We sincerely hope for your understanding regarding these changes. Thank you for your continued support and we are here to support you through the transition.

Is that mean we have to contact support every time we use more than 3 widgets for each app? What kind of assistance will the support provide that you can’t make it default for AppSumo customers?

I reached my Google Review limit with the new terms, I reached out to them via support and informed them I needed more. Here was their reply:

So it looks promising so far, I will update if I actually get the extra widgets. Even though it adds an extra step, I like that I did not lose any limits.

I have bought 8 codes for 1 mil views, but now my dashboard showing I can only create 3 widgets per app under Basic Pack (5,000 views/month).
So total 5,000 views x 3 widgets = 15,000 views, so where is the 1 mil views promise? Furthermore 5,000 views are too low for most of the websites. Our plan suppose to put under Pro Pack (50,000 views/month) and I don't mind if it's limited to 20 widgets per apps (20 x 50k views = 1mil views limit).
