We initially opted for the highest package available, with the understanding that this would provide us with top-tier services. However, it now feels as though we're being nudged to either install a separate instance of Elfsight or shift to a subscription-based model as new widgets are not on old AppSumo deal, neither of which was clearly communicated during our initial agreement. This feels unfair and a deviation from what we believed to be a transparent business arrangement.

To add to the frustration, the support has been less than satisfactory. Responses are slow, and when they do come, they lack the clarity and resolution one would expect from a reputable company—feeling like a second-tier customer is disheartening, especially after investing in their most premium package.

In its current state, I'd hesitate to recommend Elfsight. There's a pressing need for better communication, transparency, and, most importantly, improved support.
