What plan is this offer associated with Essential, Growth, Ultimate or Enterprise? Hopefully this is at least the Ultimate plan to have access to integrations and create our own tests and learning paths.

The Essential plan is same as the LTD plans. Only different in both the plans is the reassign user credit. In LTD plan, you cannot reassign user credit, while in Essential plan you can reassign user credit.

Exactly, so as the tool develops there will be features that may not be accessible based on this plan. Again, which plan it this associated with? When there are upgrades you can say we aren't eligible for several things since this is not mapped to a particular plan.
I would like to know if a sumolings purchases this offer how will we upgrade? If I waned to access the Growth or Ultimate plan, what options would I have moving forward?
Are you suggesting I would need to purchase annual plan atop of the LTD since it is very limited in features?
