Q: Is there an answer key I can access for the tests and how I modify them?
Also, how often are the tests/content updated?

The tests which are available on Elite are evaluation and validation tests. They are not practice tests. Since these are evaluation tests the answers to the questions are not shared. Regarding customizing tests, this feature is only available on our enterprise plans.
About the content, we usually update our tests/content on a quarterly basis.
