1) i need to create a qr code that leads to whatsapp allowing to send a message without no extra actions. Is it possible? Same with making a phone call.

Ans: Yes, use the website URL QR code and insert your WhatsApp URL, then share it. This way you can use it directly. Same for phone calls also.

2) i need to transfer some codes from another service. I used my domain (that i have redirected to your address) for short links that lead to full third-party urls. So now the qr codes point to my short links, but I need to setup the final urls at your system. Is it possible?

Ans: To transfer, you need to use those old QR codes with your custom domain. When you add them here (in elkqr), you need to point our CNAME and add your custom domain first. After that, use the same alias so everything will match and your QR codes will work properly.
