The features of this platform are unlike anything else that's out there. As an agency, I bought Tier 3 so I can take advantage of the custom domains feature, unlimited workspaces and unlimited team members. You guys are the "disruptors" of the QR code space. Looking forward to ongoing updates as QR codes have finally made a HUGE comeback :-)

The product is good; it's clean and easy to use. It does what it's supposed to do except for when creating a QR code for my personal contact; people can scan the QR code and see the page, but once they click on the add contact sign, it gets an error. I emailed support, and they responded promptly, which was great; first, email support asked me for a screenshot (with which I happily complied), and second, email support asked me to give my username and password so they could log in to look at it. I went into my account to see if I could create another user with administrator-like credentials but played around for 30 minutes and couldn't figure it out.

All in all, I can only say that I like the product. I am glad support responds instantaneously. But I didn't enjoy the way they resolved the problem. The conclusion is that I didn't send them my login details, so I am not using the VCF QR Code, and I haven't used the software since. Therefore, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

Since we joined ElkQR,:
1) everything works as expected
2) we've been receiving updates on some new and exciting features
3) I feel that a lot of effort was invested in this project.

I'm using it to label different analog printed points with UTM and everything works fine.
It's very easy to set up and so far everything is going well.
