The product is good; it's clean and easy to use. It does what it's supposed to do except for when creating a QR code for my personal contact; people can scan the QR code and see the page, but once they click on the add contact sign, it gets an error. I emailed support, and they responded promptly, which was great; first, email support asked me for a screenshot (with which I happily complied), and second, email support asked me to give my username and password so they could log in to look at it. I went into my account to see if I could create another user with administrator-like credentials but played around for 30 minutes and couldn't figure it out.

All in all, I can only say that I like the product. I am glad support responds instantaneously. But I didn't enjoy the way they resolved the problem. The conclusion is that I didn't send them my login details, so I am not using the VCF QR Code, and I haven't used the software since. Therefore, the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
