Updated review

So it seems after 24hours, and re-submitting password reset I'm able to log in.

First issue I had was clicking a link in the "Change log" area of the dashboard, which took me back to the login screen! After logging in again I gave creating a cold B2B sequence a crack....

I'll post some snippets from the forms (and the generated document) -

First there's a few fields where the "hint" is literally " Hint: Answer this like you are filling in the blank" - ermmm ok. Thanks for that. Other fields have issues for example, "WHAT DOES THIS PRODUCT/SERVICE DO?" you answer as the hint suggests (talking to your client) but the output is weird "Here are some thoughts that could help you MYSERVICE ALLOWS YOU TO DO THIS AND THAT .:" - then it goes directly to a list of benefits you enter in another set of fields. It's feels weird.

The copy is low tier TBH, "You can actually do better in this area" being the header of the first email, and "know my previous email might've been an 'educated stab' in the dark" - the quotes are around the wrong part lol - I doubt this is written by native English speaker as the tone, and grammar is all over the place, and the lack of quality control is fitting to say their website doens't even properly function!

You have to enter the answers, generate the email then review and edit answers to match the copy. MY honest opinion is it needs ALOT of work on the copy it seems spammy, like the emails you get from offshore companies pestering to design a logo for you

Hi Mark,

You already gave us a 1-star.
Doing it again is unfair, as it keeps reducing our rating as if too many people are giving the 1-star...well, it's what it is.

In answering the questions from the software, you're given a hint on how to answer it. PLUS, you also have a sample answer format prefilled inside the answer bar. With that, you shouldn't be at a loss at what and how to answer.

Also, it's written there that you should proof-read before use. It's there for a reason: the way you answer the questions might not be in line with the suggestions given. And so some lines in your email might not flow well. But when you read it, you simply correct it.

The fact is the more you use it, the more you get better at giving it accurate answers.

Well, the team will continually keep improving the user experience to make it as seamless as possible. If you walk with us on the journey to making it the best it can be, that will be appreciated.
