I purchased a lifetime plan for Email List Validation and used it for about 6 months. Suddenly, my account was paused, and despite repeated attempts over two years—through AppSumo and direct emails—there has been no response from their support.
Interestingly, new accounts with a different email work fine, which makes it clear that they blocked paying customers. This is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scam. They’ve sold hundreds of lifetime plans, but when issues arise, they ignore paying customers completely.
If you are considering Email List Validation, beware. I cannot recommend a service that takes your money and then refuses support, while continuing to operate normally for new users.
I signed up with a different email and upload a list and they verify the list instantly. But when I'm uploading file with my Appsumo code using email its pending since last year!! They have lutted 246 peoples money and I noticed Appsumo a long ago and they keep continuing to sell theo product. Appsumo is the partner of that fraud.

I've generated an API key in my dashboard (it shows as "Active") and I'm attempting to use it with the single email verification endpoint (https://apps.emaillistverify.com/api/verifyEmail) using a standard GET request with the key passed in the secret parameter.
However, every API call results in the following error: API Error: 401 - {"statusCode":401,"message":"Invalid api key","error":"Unauthorized"}
I have double-checked that the API key I'm using in my script matches the active key shown in my dashboard.
Could you let me know if there might be an issue with the API itself, the key validation system, or my specific API key (even though it shows as active)?
