I paid for this deal, if its not back up, I'm asking AppSumo for a refund. I can't afford to throw $177 away!

For me in the US, the site is up. But yes, they have terrible customer service. I purchased a 4-mil tier in 23, and a 3-mil credit tier in 24. Since June 24, they have abandoned the service. I learned this when files would get stuck in Pending for weeks, if not months. The system has never been improved, and they don't plan to. Tell me if it works for you.
