Q: On August 6, I purchased Email List Validation Tier 1 with 1 million credits a year.
I validated six lists (nowhere near 1 million addresses) and now you are asking me to buy credits before validating any more.
When I contacted you last Friday, you asked for my payment invoice from you. I provided that information right away.
I have sent two email messages regarding same with no response.
I have heard nothing.
Why are you ignoring my requests via your chat and Support email?
