Q: Request for Additional Platform Support and Global Accessibility Dear Virgil I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my immense admiration for your product. It has truly exceeded my expectations and has remarkably contributed to my day-to-day activities.
However, I noticed that the product currently lacks support for Linux, iPhone, and Android platforms. With the ubiquitous nature of these systems in today’s digital landscape, I believe that expanding your product’s compatibility would significantly enhance its practicality and reach. Therefore, I kindly request you to consider incorporating support for these platforms in your upcoming updates.
Additionally, I’d like to inquire about the product’s global accessibility, specifically in China. As a global user, it would be greatly beneficial if your product can be used seamlessly across any country. Please could you share your plans or existing features that ensure the product’s usability worldwide?
Thank you in advance for your attention to these matters. I eagerly look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards, Steven
Hi,
Thank you very much for your message and glad to hear that you are very satisfied with our product and that it has added value to your daily activities.
Our team is busy expanding Guardey even more and making it available on multiple devices / operating systems. You can also keep an eye on our Roadmap where we are now and where we are going: https://goosevpn.notion.site/Public-Roadmap-Guardey-ef4445badfb94e2f9976e637a6bc178e
The plan is also to expand our server offer to more countries. I dare not say with certainty when this may be and which countries will be added first. This depends entirely on the question and the possibility of what we can offer at that time. There are also strict rules against VPN providers and users in some countries, so we also have to deal with this.
Keep an eye on our roadmap so you know exactly what's coming.
Hope this answers your question! Let me know if you have more questions please.
Kind regards,
Virgil
Inquiry about Package Features and Comparison with Pro Version
Dear Virgil:
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to inquire about the features of your three different packages. Firstly, I would like to confirm if the only difference between these packages is the number of administrators and concurrent users, with all other features remaining the same. These features include but are not limited to:
A game to increase cyber awareness
A VPN for safe work from any location
Real-time insights and cyber risk alerts
Diagnosis of alerts by an IT partner
Availability of a dedicated IP and Site-to-Site VPN as an add-on
Secondly, I am interested to know how these packages compare with the Pro version listed on your official website. Specifically, do they offer the same features as mentioned above?
Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated as it will aid in my decision-making process.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
Best regards,
Steven
I'm in China and I tried, the wireguard protocol connects, no dns leaks, and the country of destination is detected, but the inaccessible content is still blocked. Even connected to the VPN. If the guardey team wants to use as tester in China I'm open to help them, but probably they know already the issues.
Hi imnobot,
Thank you for your message and good to hear that you can connect via Wireguard and that there are no DNS leaks. It is indeed very difficult to provide a VPN service for China. Unfortunately China has a very aggressive firewall, which makes it difficult to use VPN programs.
Our team knows about this and is also working on it to try to find a way around this.
Hope this answers your question! Let me know if you have more questions please.
Kind regards,
Virgil
