The biggest issue? The API fails to verify emails that their own web-based tool can validate. Here’s what I experienced:

✅ Emails entered manually on their website return valid results.
❌ The same emails, when checked via their API, return "unknown" status, meaning the API cannot determine if the email is valid or invalid.
❌ Switching from Quick Mode to Power Mode (which supposedly offers deeper verification) makes no difference—both return "unknown."

This means their API is fundamentally broken. If their online tool can verify an email but the API cannot, what’s the point of the API? If I have to manually check emails through their website, why would I pay for an automated verification service?

Customer Support is Non-Existent

When an API fails, you expect some level of customer support to help troubleshoot. Not with this company.

I reached out to support multiple times and received generic, copy-paste responses that did not address my issue.

When I provided proof that the web tool works but the API doesn’t, they ignored my messages.
Instead of troubleshooting the issue or escalating my request, they stopped responding altogether.

No documentation updates, no technical assistance—just radio silence.
