The first week of using this tool was great...

However.

The past few months I have been getting between 40-70% "Unknown" on every single list I submit.

This is unusual and terrible to say the least.

I have contacted support many times, but they give me the same answer every single time. "Please wait 10-15 minutes and revalidate the list".

I go ahead and listen, but guess what? It still says 40-70% unknown....

The only positive thing is that this tool is faster than most email validation tool, but in the end that doesn't matter... The accuracy of the results matter.
