Can’t Download Reports. Credits Burned. Support Silent.
I bought this to clean lists and protect deliverability. Instead, it’s been operational drag.
What happened
Reports never download. “Processing” loops, then nothing.
Credits get deducted anyway. No way to view or export validated results.
Tried multiple lists, CSV formats, and browsers. Cleared cache. Same failure.
Impact
Wasted paid credits with zero usable output.
Kills workflow and delays campaigns.
Puts sender reputation at risk because I can’t actually filter bad addresses.
Support experience
Submitted tickets and replied to the autoresponder. No human reply for days.
No status page. No ETA. No workaround. Radio silence.
Why this matters
List hygiene is a compliance and deliverability control. If exports don’t work and support doesn’t respond, the product is non-functional for its core use case.
What I need to see to reconsider
Immediate fix for report generation and exports.
Automatic credit restores for failed jobs.
Transparent status updates and a real SLA on support response.
Bottom line
Avoid until they fix downloads and start answering customers. Right now it consumes credits without delivering validated lists—which defeats the entire point of “Email List Validation.”
