Glitchy product, bad support
I do not like to leave negative reviews but for a product to come back to Appsumo without fixing reported CRITICAL bugs in the system from their first LTD offer, and without EFFECTIVE support, is not OK.
Story: We invested heavily into the product and integrated into our system but the issues started to happen since day 1:
1. Jobs gets stuck in pending randomly.
2. Their credit system when using the API accounts for 1000X the call amount. As an example, 10 calls of 250 emails consumed over 2.5 million credits.
3. I have been in touch with support via live chat, they respond days or weeks later, and they keep saying they will send to the team and they never respond (this is 4+ month old issue already).
4. They keep brushing it off under the rug by adding credits but they disappear overnight and the integration stops working until support responds days later if not weeks.
Until they get those issues fixed, this product is a lost investment, stay away. I will make sure to leave a feedback here if they did indeed fix the problems they have as the product has potential.
