Q: Hi, For Plan 2, it states that I can track 5 email addresses/users, or whatever you call them.

However, we also use aliases, for example, support@mydomain.com, cs@mydomain.com, and let's say 3 other regular email addresses like mike@mydomain.com and others. Will I be able to track and receive reports on how many emails were received by support@mydomain.com and how many were sent from this alias email address? As well as all the other reports that you offer? Can you please confirm this?

If so, I will proceed with Plan 2. Please reply quickly as the deal appears to expire in less than 2 days.

Q: Hey, I happened to purchase Email Meter yesterday as a normal plan but now see this in Appsumo.

I was actually planning just using it for a month for some email analysis but now I see the lifetime deal here that sounds great and I'd probably pick up a higher tier plan. Can I still avail of the deal and what's the best way to go about that?

Q: 1) What are the future updates planned for the Appsumo deal?

Because I see most of the features are in your Enterprise plan, which seems to be a forced upgrade

2) Do you have a team inbox feature? I'd like to see who from my team is responding/handling the emails

3) Can I track the best opening time of my emails based on the timezone of the receivers?
