Right now we don't have a unified inbox, but we do have our Lead Catcher feature which highlights prospects that have become leads - by default, this is prospects that have replied to your email. We've found the highest priority tends to be prospects that have replied so we've bumped those up front and center.
That said, a unified inbox is something we may consider building down the road.

Hi Norbert, I haven't had the chance to use lead catcher yet, but a unified inbox you can reply to the potential client, check the context of their reply, it would be easier to manage everything. We would also need a notification (to maybe our account email address) that a reply has come in so not to miss a message.
Are you serious? You've been in business for ages and still don’t get why a unified inbox is essential? Are you so broke you can't afford video marketing? Your lead capture feature is terrible, there's no clear roadmap, the UI/UX is awful, and you don’t provide email verification. This feels like fraud. Despite being in the email marketing industry for so long, hardly anyone knows your name.

We understand that there is a trend towards a feature called "unified inbox" but from what we've discovered, this is incredibly similar to our Lead Catcher Inbox, just named differently. Lead Catcher Inbox works by surfacing replies from prospects in your campaigns.
