I purchased 10 fresh domains and used the "gradual warm-up" feature, expecting a slow increase in email volume. Instead, the system sent 386 emails on the first day — over 38 emails per domain! This caused all of my domains to get blacklisted.

The customer support response was unhelpful. They told me to contact the blacklist directly for removal, but that doesn't solve the core problem — your warm-up feature is not functioning properly.

The main issue is the lack of customization. There’s no way to control the increments, and the system sent way too many emails too quickly. I need the ability to set my own increments to warm up domains safely.

Until this is fixed, I cannot recommend this software for warming up domains.

But honestly this software is kind of dead, there are no updates whatsoever...

I used email warmup feature and most of emails are going to spam. Not working.

Have tried a few cold email tools, including popular, non-LTDs. This does not have all the bells and whistles yet but it works as intended and has great limits (sending and contacts). Given the development team's background and deliverability so far it looks like a great buy.

My main gripes are; the UI/UX needs improvement to compete with other players and make it feel good to use (rather than just functional), the 5K email finder credits is only per-account, not per Tier purchased (I should have read more closely as, in fairness, it is listed this way), there is no roadmap for us to see, and finally, a better way to filter/find and manage the email finder credits would be helpful.

First off I did my due diligence on this tool and found out that it is associated with Sujan Patel of Mailshake, Right Inbox and a few others - so it was an instant buy from me.

I just took one code as I am a solopreneur - the limitations are more than enough to keep my business pipeline filled.

Overall it is a solid tool with a good workflow and is more than fit for its intended purpose. The main thing is it is backed by an industry name who has a great track record - so I believe the tool will be around for sometime.

The UI needs a bit of tweaking but its completely useable - I think a lot of people in the LTD space only use LTD software. In the corporate world you will find that the majority of software used on a daily basis is ugly but it gets the job done.

I would ignore the negative review as the buyer seemed to fail to understand that this is a module of a wider suite of applications and you are buying access to this module only. For $49 its a steal.

I have tested the sequencing, prospecting and reporting modules and find this app to be a very useful outreach tool. The AI tools included so far, assist in easily creating A/B segments. Prospect finder is a great additional add on that seems to yield decent contact info and filtering. Deliverability appears good so far. I recommend Norbert as a solid outreach tool.
