I have tested some of its functions, the app at first impressions seems to be quite complete. I had a question, I sent an email and they answered me relatively quickly.

For now, I would recommend it.

However, something to improve, I think it is the user experience within the platform, it seemed a bit old in that aspect, but hey, it does the job!

EDIT: The platform, although still accessible, no longer allows you to add emails (basically the main basis of the business) due to an expired API. In addition to this, for over a month, it has been working only partially because emails were disconnecting. Although I have spoken to support and they give me answers, they do not acknowledge that the error comes from their application. They blame the errors on Microsoft, but I have already spoken to Microsoft support and the fault definitely lies with Voila Norbert. After more than a year, the app has had ZERO improvement updates. I am very disappointed with this purchase.
