Q: just want to confirm
I want to confirm, if I purchase tier 1 I cannot do single lookups by web ui? I also would not have access to api?

We’ve temporarily disabled single lookups as we focus on optimizing bulk lookups for better speed and efficiency. Since 99% of use cases involve bulk searches, we’re prioritizing improvements in that area. Currently, we can process up to 500 concurrent bulk uploads.
If your use case relies solely on single lookups, please reach out to our support team via live chat on our website - we’d be happy to assist you.
Regarding API access, it is currently limited to our Beta users. We’ll notify you as soon as it becomes publicly available.
