So I purchased Tier 5 and now they are open source.
### The Unfortunate End
With this we also come to the painful realization that the **BrandNav Verifier 1.0** has become a difficult to maintain tool and has no future.
For the past 6 months our team has been trying their best to keep the infrastructure stable and our customer support as lively as always, but repeated market, legal and internal challenges has pushed us to a point where we have to decide between either keeping BrandNav alive or Open Sourcing the BrandNav Verifier.
The decision is clear for us, and no matter how hard it is, it must be done. With a heavy heart we make the painful decision to sunset the **BrandNav Verifier 1.0** after its 2 years of service, on **25th of November 2025**.
We thank everyone of our users and our team members who stuck by our side till this day, and we hope that this Open release of Verifier source code will put an end to the misery on both sides - and that this decision is for the best.

Lots of glitches and the support team does not answer
It's been almost 15 hours and my list is still not verified. I uploaded approx. 800 leads to verify but to my dismay it is still showing verifying. On top of that i reached out to BrandNav team via chat and email but no response. Do not waste your money. AppSumo I request you to choose your product partners after due diligence.
