UPDATE 6/17:
They emailed me (after i got ahold of them through app sumo) and told me their AWS server had been dead because of faulty billing. That's great, but they should have notified their customers immediately.
Product is now working, although seems to have a decent amount of false positives in the verification.

6/12: Service worked great up until recently. Now nothing verifies, and support chat is dead. Can't get ahold of the company at all.
