We are a small company with only 3 members at the moment. We have 2-3 different email IDs per person. If we buy Tier 1 - does it mean we can share the 7 badges? Or do we need to buy a Tier 1 account for each person?

The Tier signature limit means you can use those signatures in ANY way you want (of course, nothing illegal, against our terms, etc... normal disclaimer here).
In other words, Tier 1 gives you 3 signatures. You can use those for yourself, your different brands, different email addresses, different team members, different businesses, friends and family, or any combination. So, the number of signatures as part of each tier is the max number of signatures you can create for that tier.
As you can see, compared to other solutions out there, we're UNBELIEVABLY inexpensive. This is one of the lowest cost products we've ever released, especially when you get into the upper tiers. And, you're never paying monthly fees! Doubly insane!
