Jun 27, 2024A: You add the SMTP servers for them as administrator, then add their access to it in their customer account, when they create a message they can select which SMTP server to use from a dropdown for that message.

Ok its just a few want to add their own SMTP servers so I thought as users they can add them as in Acelle which I use, we have a BYO SMTP plan instead of using ours cause you never know, people who sign up start spamming with cold emails.

They need to send you their SMTP details to add on their behalf, most new unknown/anonymous signups at any given ESP are spammers. Mandrill was banning 2000 accounts a day at one point which kicked off the changes that Mailchimp made eventually folding it into their main product.
