Just wondering if anyone has heard anything from anyone at Emaildelivery.com? This app was so great. I really hope it is taking a prolonged nap and not dead.
I bought tier 3 but never received any support... I am wondering if this is abandoned.
I have been trying to contact you and your company per the recommended support email (emailteam@emaildelivery.com) with 0 response for 3 weeks. I have sent from my business email as well as Gmail and still have no response. I have also scanned your TOC and Privacy Policy which has a different email for support (emailsupport@emaildelivery.com) which does not work and bounces. How are paying customers supposed to contact you for questions related to your software?
