The feedback we get from MailWizz users is that they love our UX/UI and how much more powerful the feature implementations are for segmenting and sequences and things like that, but that they wish our product was as extensible and customizable as MailWizz is.

One customer said the MailWizz UI is so frustrating for them they end up just doing things directly in the database instead, but that they love how MailWizz makes it possible to enable administrative functions for frontend customer accounts and wish we did that already.
