I bought tier 3 but never received any support... I am wondering if this is abandoned.

I have been trying to contact you and your company per the recommended support email (emailteam@emaildelivery.com) with 0 response for 3 weeks. I have sent from my business email as well as Gmail and still have no response. I have also scanned your TOC and Privacy Policy which has a different email for support (emailsupport@emaildelivery.com) which does not work and bounces. How are paying customers supposed to contact you for questions related to your software?
If the support issue isn't rectified the team should be blacklisted from offering future deals. This is entirely unacceptable. Has anyone had any luck at all getting the product to work reliably?
I had to ask some technical questions and the designer answered them, so I'm still confident with this product !
Hello everyone! I want to give my comment about my experience, about the supposed "disappearance of support" for this excellent tool. I have had some doubts in the last few days and I have contacted support. My experience continues to be very pleasant, since there are times when they have even answered me in a matter of minutes and have satisfactorily resolved my request. I hope my comment helps to calm those doubts about the support provided by EmailDelivery. Greetings
